Kynra Fitness

Terms of Use

Effective August 12, 2026

By using Kynra, you agree to use the service for lawful, personal fitness and general-wellness purposes and to provide accurate information when safety depends on it.

Not medical advice

Kynra and its ChatGPT tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sharp pain, or other concerning symptoms.

Your control and responsibility

You must review each generated plan before adding or performing it. You are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, using safe technique and equipment, respecting your limitations, and deciding whether an exercise is suitable.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure. Do not attempt to access another person's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer security controls, automate abusive traffic, or use Kynra for unlawful or harmful activity.

Kynra is currently a beta product. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Kynra integrates with services from Apple, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Auth0. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.
